• No load music or noises after 10pm at Lapa or outside any Room
• Aircons may not be used during winter for heating Rooms

HOUSE RULES

A few general rules when staying here, is:

• Check-out is before 10am on the day of departure.
• No smoking or vaping inside but permitted outside on the deck.
• Quiet times are between 10pm and 10am. The property consists of different units so please be considerate of fellow guests.
• Only Guests of 4 Piet Retief are allowed to use the Swimming Pools and Lapa Area.
• Start-up* supplies of the basics like coffee&tea; salt&pepper; toiletpaper,  soap are supplied.
• Please report any defects on the day of arrival.
• You will receive 1 sets of keys with 1 gate remotes.  Unfortunately we had guests in the past that lost keys/remotes, and therefor we will check that all keys are handed back on the day of departure. Lost keys /remotes will be for your account.
• Parking – 1 parking space per Room
